Natonal Environmental Authority led by a non-accredited doctor

The head of the National Inspectorate for Environment, Nature and Water (OKTVF), dr. Katalin Szatmári, also known as Mrs. Tolnai, received an award for her work in public administration last year. Despite the fact that Mrs. Tolnai, who formerly was a politician with liberal party SZDSZ, is constantly being held to account in the Parliament for several mistakes that the Inspectorate has committed under her governance. The Inspectorate, among other things, failed to approve the documentation to the carbon credits for more than a year which freezed the Hungarian green economy. In addition to this Mrs. Tolnai earned her doctorate at a non-accredited university run by a suspicious equestrian order, the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem Knights of Malta Federation of Autonomous Priories.
